SU Tips and Tricks

Use Google Apps for Productive Meetings
When used in conjunction, the various Google Apps can provide you with a great set of tools for successful / productive meetings!  This article from TechRepublic lists a few easy steps that you can implement to make your meetings more productive by using the Google Suite of Tools.
Free for a Limited Time - Calendars 5 iOS App
One of the best calendar apps on the iOS App Store is free for the next 24ish hours.  Calendars 5 by Readdle is a great calendar app that will sync with both your iCal and Google Calendar. Google Tasks and co-workers calendars will sync as well!  If you are looking for a full featured calendar app, look no further! Don't wait to install this one as it won't be free for long!
Hangout Plugin for MS Outlook
If you happen to still be using MS Outlook for your email, I've got some good news for you!  You can now download and install the Google Hangouts plugin for Outlook so that you can schedule hangouts on your calendar!  Note this only works on Windows computers with your Google Apps email. Click the link to learn more and install.
