Good Morning Everyone,

This week I've got a great flowchart/diagram tool, a quick walkthrough of updating your computers and another great new add-on for Google Drive.
Also, staff members, this week is the last week for Staff Council nominations.  If you would like to nominate someone, please go to the Staff Council Bb page found at this link.

SU Tips and Tricks

Draw.io - Great Site for Flow Charts & Diagrams
If you have ever tried to create a good flowchart using MS Word, you know it can be a little bit of a headache.  Enter draw.io.  This web-based SAAS site provides a simply way to create diagrams and flowcharts in the cloud.  Your diagrams can be saved to Google Drive, DropBox, and even your local computer!  Give it a try and see what you think.

Have You Updated Lately?
Running Apple and Windows updates on a regular basis is an important first step to securing your own (and the university's) safety.  If you haven't taken the time to run your updates in awhile, take a minute and do it now.  Not sure how to run updates?  Click the link for instructions.
This recent addition to the apps that work with Google Drive allows you to do one thing, request approval on a document.  If you have finished your work and need a no fuss way of getting your work approved, this is the add-on for you!  Give the link a click to go to the short video demonstrating this app.
