Expand the Content Editor for a
Better View of Your Work

Did you know that you can easily expand the Bb Content Editor (where you enter text in Blackboard) so that you can have the entire page to view and edit your writing?

To expand the content editor, you simply click the full screen button next to the drop down chevron (the button that allows you to see all the additional editing options). When you're done writing/editing in full screen, just click the same button again to return the Bb Content Editor back to its original size.

Don't forget that by default Bb's Content Editor will double space when you hit Enter, if you want to single space hit Shift+Enter.
If you have ever tried to create a good flowchart using MS Word, you know it can be a little bit of a headache.  Enter draw.io.  This web-based SAAS site provides a simply way to create diagrams and flowcharts in the cloud.  Your diagrams can be saved to Google Drive, DropBox, and even your local computer!  Give it a try and see what you think.

OneTab Chrome Extension

If you are a student in 2014, you are most likely using your browser more heavily than ever.  One of the side effects of so much browser use is a huge amount of tabs!

Once you have added the  OneTab chrome extension, you can click the extension icon to smash all of your tabs into one, allowing you to create a clutter free browser work space that can help you focus on your assignments!

Of course, when you are ready, you can click a button to have all of your tabs expand to their normal state.
