Weak Wireless? Do something!

If you notice that your device constantly disconnects from our wireless or you seem to have relatively low signal strength in an area, don't panic.  Just remember where the troubled location is, and get onto Blackboard and report a weak wireless signal.

  • From the My Bb page click "Tech Support"
  • Click "Log Wireless or Network Issues"
  • Fill out the form
When it comes to wireless signal strength, you are our eyes and ears.  We need your input or else we won't know there is an issue.
