Resume Advise for Hiring Experts

With the large number of people seeking employment it is critical to make yourself stand out. However, you do not want to stand out because of a poorly designed resume. If your updating or creating your resume make sure not to use small fonts, colored resume paper, name your resume incorrectly, not including enough detail, or having a bad objective. "Your objective should never be,Your objective should never be, "I want to work at X company in Y role. That's a no-brainer, the act of submitting an application indicates interest in the role. What do you want to do with your career? What do you want to bring to a company? If you can't come up with something unique and engaging, leave the objective off of your résumé all together." — Bethany Perkins, head recruiter for Software Advice, click here to read more.
