Good Morning Everyone,

I hope that you all had a fun and safe Bloom!  This week, I've got changes to Google Drive, YouTube branding tips and a SUNet Password reset request for Faculty.  If you have any questions, let me know!

SU Tips and Tricks

New Google Drive Apps
Google Drive recently released two new apps for Sheets and Docs.  These standalone apps allow you easier/faster access to your files on your mobile devices. Soon, you will no longer be able to edit your files from the Drive app, but will be required to use these new apps.  So go ahead and click the link to find out more info and download these new apps to your mobile devices.

YouTube Branding Tips
YouTube has some great video tools that allow you to brand your videos with a logo, recommend other videos/playlists within your videos and include short introductory clips at the beginning of your videos.  This is a great way to make your videos stand out as well as help viewers watch other relevant information that you have in YouTube.  Click the link to go to the YouTube page that has these branding features.
Faculty - Change Your Password Before Leaving for the Summer
Want to be one step ahead of the pack?  Here is a great way to ensure your return to school at the end of the summer is a smooth process.  Change your SUNet password before leaving for the summer so that it does not expire while you are away from campus. When you come back to campus, you will be ready to roll! Click the link to go to the password reset page to change your password. You may want to wait till your finals are over just to be safe!
ps... make sure you make your password strong AND memorable so you don't forget over the summer!
