Sitting at your desk all day can have
serious consequences on your body if you aren't careful about your

Last week, hackers compromised some of the
Comcast mail servers which gave them access to mail and account
passwords. If you have Comcast for your TV, Internet or Phone service,
it is recommended that you change your password as soon as possible!
