SU Tips and Tricks

A recent update to Google Drive has provided a quick way to see updates to shared files in Google Drive.  The new activity stream shows you when changes have been made to documents that you share as well as those that are shared with you!  This is a great way to see at a glance what documents have been edited as well as who edited them.  If you would like to learn more, click the link!

Former NY Times technology writer, David Pougue, gave this 5 minute speech at Ted almost a year ago.  The tips he shared are just as relevant today as they were then!  Take a quick five minute break and do yourself a this video!  You are sure to find something that will make your day a little easier!
