A Day of Blackboard Support at NVC

Today four Blackboard representatives representing different departments within Blackboard and two IC staff members spent the day providing Blackboard support to all NVC Blackboard users! The results were phenomenal;  we had tremendous amounts of participation, and a lot of quality support was provided.  

In addition to general Blackboard support Q&A and Usability Labs being provided, a few of the Blackboard representatives were actually user interface designers who were specifically speaking one-on-one with our faculty members and taking notes about ways that they can improve specific features within Blackboard.

Blackboard's visit to NVC is just one more example of how Shenandoah University and Blackboard have a strong relationship.
