Atomic Learning Recommendation -- Web Resources

Searching through Atomic Learning workshops today I stumbled upon a series addressing Web Resources.  Included in the Web Resources series are video sections about searching the web effectively, website evaluation (identifying accuracy, objectivity, currency--and addressing other web resource challenges), plagiarism and copyright, and source citation.  These videos are a wonderful resource for anyone conducting research via the Web.

Remember that you can access the Atomic Learning site through Blackboard.

Simply log into SU's Blackboard site -- learn.su.edu
Click on the "Tech Support" tab
Then click on the "Atomic Learning" sub tab
Finally, you will click on the "Atomic Learning Home Page" link.
This link will direct you to an area where you can browse the Atomic Learning training library.
To locate the Web Resources Workshop - Search, Evaluate & Use
Click on the "Workshops" tab and scroll to the bottom

Note:  Currently, the setup is one username for all SU users.  However, in the very near future each SU student, staff and faculty member will be able to access the site with individual login information.  Once individual login has been established--you will be able to keep track of your completed tutorial training through Atomic Learning as well as print certificates of completion.

Information concerning the Atomic Learning Web Resources Workshop is provided by the Atomic Learning website. ©2012 Atomic Learning, Inc.
