LAYOUT OF BLACKBOARD SITE TO CHANGE ON APRIL 14

Institutional Computing and the Center for Teaching & Learning are changing the site layout of Blackboard Learn to better serve the Shenandoah community. The change will take place on Monday, April 14.

The number of tabs will be reduced and the remaining tabs renamed to better identify what information they contain. However, the items being removed from within Blackboard will be available on the new drop down “SU Online Portal” located on the Blackboard login page. With this drop down list, users may visit frequently used pages without logging into Blackboard.

If you would like to see what the new layout looks like before the April 14 launch, visit Techwinkle during Blackboard Traveling Support. The current traveling support schedule can be found at the Blackboard Support Site and is included in the SUN-e events listing. A detailed list of the items that are changing call also be found on the Blackboard Support site under the “System News” area.
